The Safety Share Program


The Safety share program is based on the premise that the client shall designate a suitable individual who will make available about 10-hrs per week to oversee and coordinate with us on health and safety activities.

We shall conduct a no-cost preliminary review of your existing Safety Management System based on facilities walkthrough. Discussions held and a presentation shall be made to the facilities management with recommendations for the block of hours required. Our services may include the following services,

  • Advice and support in-person, over the phone and e-mail.
  • Carry out a detailed gap analysis of the existing EH&S program considering the existing operations, legal requirements, best industry practices and risk analysis.
  • Conduct training needs assessment and gaps in the existing training.
  • Design suitable Safety Management System (SMS) based on Elements and Procedures.
  • Develop an implementation plan for SMS by assigning suitable Element and Process owners.
  • Develop a Risk Register and develop Job Safety Analysis (JSA).
  • Develop equipment specific Lockout Tagout Procedures.
  • Identify suitable Key Performance Indicators (KPI) to monitor gaps and improvement.
  • Accident investigations of major accidents.
  • Provide support for situations where a Ministry of Labor inspector visits your doorstep.
